Reform in 100 Words

Since Reform began in 2018, we have been blessed by a community of people who have taken essential steps toward whole-person wellness. Through our courses (Reform Online and Dig to the Roots), workshops, webinars, and retreats, these Reformers are actively placing Christ at the center of their lives and well-being.

But before anyone takes part in Reform, their number-one question we hear is always this: What IS Reform, anyway?

At Reform, we describe ourselves as a functional medicine and holistic wellness ministry rooted in Christ. We redefine health as the state of body and soul, together—and it’s our mission to empower you to redefine your health, reclaim your well-being, and become the best version of yourself: physically, mentally, and spiritually. We do this through the framework of our nine wellness pillars: Faith, Sleep, Stress Management, Personal Growth, Nutrition, Play, Community, and Space. Our team of wellness professionals, faith leaders, educators, and creatives prays together, shares together, and serves together toward this mission so that you can pursue Christ in greater freedom and find wellness in body, mind, and soul.

Even more precisely, we believe that Reform is a way of life. It’s a lifelong journey toward wholiness™ (wholeness and holiness in Christ). Formation is for everyone; wholiness is for everyone. Formation is the ordering of one's humanity, body and soul, according to the supernatural work of grace: namely, to be reformed in, by, and through Christ as a new creation. There's not a straight path or a “one-size-fits-all” approach to health or heaven. The desire to be formed, cared for, and have a life of momentum is written into our beings. How we choose to order our lives—especially regarding what we put first—determines everything that comes afterward: to what or whom we dedicate our time, our energy, our will, and our hearts. Without Christ, we can do nothing! Only when we make the choice to live in right order—with Christ at the center of everything—can any meaningful, sustainable change take place in our lives.

In the spirit of simplicity, we’ve narrowed down how to live out a reform way of life in exactly one hundred words. In this way, we can more clearly share the heart and soul of our apostolate, the essence of who we are—and tell you exactly how to Reform:

How to Reform in 100 Words

Place Christ at the center of your well-being.

Live simply, in right order.
