Christ-Centered Wellness: Honoring your Body as a Daughter of Christ
April 23 | 7:00 pm EST
Establish a foundation of wellness to support a Christ-centered lifestyle.
Join us for an evening of reflection on claiming your true identity in Christ, reforming your sense of body image and self-worth, and honoring the dignity of the female body. We invite you to experience a Christ-centered approach to wellness, merging faith and functional health to care for the whole person: body and soul. Jackie and Dr. Bridget will introduce Reform’s best practices for setting a firm foundation of health from a young age.
“It is not the soul alone that should be healthy; if the mind is healthy in a healthy body, all will be healthy and much better prepared to give God greater service.”
— Saint Ignatius of Loyola
