Reform Online
In Community
Reform Online is a three-month program that guides men and women to reform their lives with Christ at the center. Reform teaches best practices for physical and spiritual well-being. We invite you to join us in redefining health as the state of the body and soul together.
Local individuals can come together to learn from one another, hold each other accountable, pray in community, share experiences, and encourage each other to take the next steps to whole-person wellness.
“Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever; and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow.”

Participating in Reform In Community offers the unique experience of reforming in an in-person setting and receiving Reform Online’s course materials at a discounted rate. A few inclusions of our standard Reform Online offering that are beneficial, though not essential for a fruitful reformation, are unlimited access to pillar videos during the three month period, access to our online community, and the opportunity to attend classes live.

We recommend reserving three to five hours per week for Reform Online In Community. Outside of viewing the weekly Pillar Video with your community, we suggest you dedicate time for reflection, prayer, digging into the workbook, viewing the recordings of Office Hours and Wholiness Hours, and implementing tips from your wellness toolkit.

“We had nearly 30 individuals from our parish participate and we were broken into small groups that stayed together the entire 12 weeks. This was personal and supportive.”
