Reform Your Metabolism Virtual Workshop
Thursday, May 22 | 1:00pm ET
We invite you to join us for a 90-minute virtual workshop on reforming your metabolism. Rates of metabolic disease have risen significantly, with over one third of all adults in the US meeting the criteria for diagnosis. In this workshop, we will discuss what contributes to dysfunction of the metabolism and how to support healing through lifestyle changes and Reform’s nine wellness pillars.
*The workshop will be recorded for replay for all registrants
The “metabolism” consists of all reactions in each cell throughout the body that provide the body with energy.
In this workshop, we will learn how to optimize this energy production in order to support body composition, blood sugar control, heart health, hormone balance, and more.

Approximately 74% of adults in the U.S. are overweight and 93% have metabolic dysfunction.
In this workshop, we’ll cover:
Common root causes and contributing factors to metabolic syndrome
Impact of chronic stress on metabolism
Why metabolism is much more than weight gain or loss
Relationship between blood sugar, nutrition, and metabolism
How the metabolism changes with age
Best practices to improve metabolic function and prevent disease
How to implement Reform’s Wellness Pillars to support healing
“I lost 15 pounds! I feel better, more importantly. Before Reform, my “normal” was running on an 85% charged battery. Now I feel like I’ve recalibrated my whole system, and I’m able to be more present in the moment where God is meeting me.”
Bobby Angel
“I love the phrase that is often used in Reform: “Own your health.” I had no concept of what that meant when I started. Now I completely own my health. I genuinely want to eat in ways that benefit my mind, body, and soul. In 14 months, I’ve lost 60 pounds.”
Christy Wimberg
“I have more energy during the day and am able to face stress and anxiety differently. Looking at food as fuel, I am able to make my diet simpler and more effective. I even started to sleep better!”
Fr. Innocent Montgomery, CFR
