Resting with the Good Shepherd Retreat

Monday, April 29 –Thursday, May 2 2024

Sacred Heart Retreat House, 920 East Alhambra Road, Alhambra, California

An Invitation to Rest with the Good Shepherd

Your vocation is needed in today’s world more than ever—we need good shepherds who care for the flock and holy religious who can lead the Church into deeper union with Christ.

At the same time, the stressors and strains of the modern world often mean that your health and well-being come at the expense of your ministry. This tends to manifest itself in symptoms like burnout, sleeplessness, a lack of energy, addiction to productivity, anxiety, and loneliness.

At Reform, we believe there is a better way. We invite you to join us on retreat to experience the abundant life Christ desires for each of us. We know that we can only give what we ourselves have. If you wish to give Christ’s healing and wholeness to others, you must first have it yourself.

Throughout the retreat, you will learn how to support the health of your body and soul through our Nine Wellness Pillars and increase your capacity for the Lord and others. By tending to your own healing, you can help heal the Body of Christ.

We invite you to reclaim your well-being in, with, and through Christ and encounter the Good Shepherd's pursuit of your healing and wholeness.

“I came so that they might have life and have it more abundantly.”

— John 10:10
