What is a Reform way of life? What does it mean to put Christ at the center? This is what our graduates had to say—and their answers inspire us!
CEO on the go
I've been working with Jackie for a few months now and it has been nothing short of life-changing. As someone who is very passionate and involved in the wellness and functional medicine community, I thought I knew most of what there was to know.

A Nurse’s Full Healing of Mind, Body and Soul
My mind was blown, I never thought that these mental and emotional symptoms I had been experiencing, was linked to something physically askew within my body. I was humbled, especially as a registered nurse, not knowing anything about this type of infection causing these type of symptoms in my body.

The Old Grey Mule is Running Again
Something in this made my Common Sense Meter say, “This is good.” I knew that she was much more than a nutritionist when she asked seriously about my prayer life, and if I was praying from the heart.

Happy, Healthy, Holy
In the end, I realized that Jackie’s REFORM is a way of life. The invitation to physical and spiritual health is a daily “yes” to live in the way that God desires us to live. I have a grateful heart to Jackie for inviting me on this journey to REFORM. She has instilled in me a true hope that we do not have to settle in life, particularly when it comes to our health. God has created us to be Happy, Healthy, and Holy. This is possible for all of us. I am grateful for Jackie for being a true witness to the REFORM way of life.

Roaming Catholic
Perhaps you have had the experience where in the midst of your career or vocation, some drastic and dramatic changes were made due to an overturn in leadership. Your world was turned upside down—relationships, expectations, career goals—and it affects everything in your life including your health. That was what 2017 brought for me.

From Disordered Eating to Freedom
Working with Jackie Mulligan honestly changed my life. I struggled with multiple eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, and exercise obsession. I had been in and out of rehabs, hospitals, and treatments for six years and nothing worked.
Surfer's Delight
Working with Jackie genuinely changed my life. Admittedly, I was skeptical about working with a nutritionist, as I believed that for my age I was about as healthy as can be in terms of my diet. After discussing my goals with Jackie, she designed a program that really was tailor-made for my needs and body-type.
The Tale of Two Brains
I signed up to work with Jackie with the goal of optimizing my health and personalizing my healthy living. (I am originally from Australia if you are wondering what’s up with the spelling.) I thought I was doing a pretty good job all round, eating predominantly paleo, moving my body most days, and getting around 6.5 hours of solid sleep a night.
A Mission to Heal the Missionaries
Our lives at St. Anthony Shelter can be a juggling act. Between the active apostolate of serving the homeless men and managing social and prayer times, our days as missionaries are busy. It is very easy to get bogged down with work or get stressed with all of the emotional and physical heaviness of the work.
Graduating with Grace (Our Lady of Mercy)
My job as a youth minister is to accompany teens through their high school years, offering support from a faith-based perspective. The hope is that through our relationship, they will encounter God's love in the forms of shared prayer, joy, and
