We invite you for a two-day virtual conference inspired by St. Teresa Avila’s famous work, Interior Castle.

Throughout the conference, Jackie, Dr. Bridget, Fr. Jason Smith, LC, Sr. Michelle Elizabeth, O.Carm, and
Sr. Mary Clare, O.C.D. will lead us in reflections focused on deeper surrender and a more perfect union with God. Together, we will learn how to progress in the spiritual life while allowing the Lord to lead us each step of the way. 

This conference is the first of its kind! It will include a daily schedule with independent components that you can implement at home. We invite you to carefully review all the information below for more details on the conference schedule.

What to expect: 

— Four virtual conferences led by Jackie Mulligan, Dr. Bridget Vander Woude, Fr. Jason Smith, LC, Sr. Michelle Elizabeth, O.Carm, and
Sr. Mary Clare, O.C.D.

— Daily schedule to help you implement a Reform Way of Life at home 

— Wisdom from St. Teresa of Avila’s writings on the spiritual life 

— Tools and reflections to guide you on your interior journey toward deeper union with Christ 

— Opportunities to connect with a supportive community

— Time for silence, rest, and prayer

7:00-9:30 am: Holy Mass and at-home breakfast

9:30-11:00 am: Morning Session Recording

11:00 am-1:00 pm: Silence, Lunch, Time outdoors

1:00-2:30 pm: Afternoon Session Recording

2:30 pm Adoration/prayer/confession 

5:00-6:00 pm Dinner

7:00 pm Rosary walk

8:00 pm Unplug, Daily Examen and Evening prayer 

9:30 pm Bed

  • This event is open to the public! We invite those 18 years or older who are seeking to deepen their spiritual life and support their whole-person to join us for this two-day virtual conference.

  • The Interior Castle Virtual Conference includes four 90-minute sessions led by Jackie, Dr. Bridget, Fr. Jason Smith, LC, Sr. Michelle Elizabeth, O.Carm, and
    Sr. Mary Clare, O.C.D. and a Carmelite Sister of the Most Sacred Heart, in addition to the benefits listed above. The recordings of the live sessions will be available for unlimited playback. 

  • There will be a 90-minute morning and afternoon Zoom session each day of the virtual conference. We will also provide a daily schedule for you to follow outside of the live calls. We encourage you to keep your schedule open on these two days to ensure you can participate in the full conference experience. 

  • All registrants will receive the Zoom links to access the virtual conference via email. We will be sharing more details as the date approaches! 

  • Yes, all live sessions will be recorded and available for unlimited playback.
