Christ-Centered Wellness
Reform is a Christ-Centered Wellness Apostolate and Functional Health Practice rooted in Christ. We define health as the state of body and soul, together.
Our Approach:
Our courses, offerings, and events are all designed to help you cultivate a holy and healthy lifestyle through sustainable habits that support your physical and spiritual well-being. Reform is a way of life.
We provide a proper integrative approach through the framework of our nine Wellness Pillars. These are areas where we nurture whole-person health. Each pillar relates and supports the others and is rooted in Christ.
There is no straight path or “one-size-fits-all” approach to health or heaven. We guide you in putting your life in the right order so that you can reform and receive the healing God wants for you.
Is Reform Right For You?
The pace, demands, priorities, and complexities of today’s world are making us sick. If you are tired of feeling unwell or weary from worry, we encourage you to join us as we dig to the roots of your spiritual and physical symptoms and help you simplify your life.
We invite you to prayerfully consider Reform Online™ if you find yourself…
+ Switching between diets or craving food freedom
+ Feeling unbalanced in your work, home, and social lives
+ Losing sleep and struggling to manage daily stressors
+ Craving community and feeling isolated
+ Feeling disconnected from your faith and purpose
Begin Your Journey to Christ-Centered Living
Reform Online:
Our foundational online course offers tools and best practices, based on our nine wellness pillars, to claim health as the state of the body and soul. Learn to eat, manage stress, move, pray, and work in a way that optimizes physical and spiritual well-being. You can enroll in Reform Online anytime or join one of our seasonal, themed cohorts.
Dig to the Roots:
The next course after Reform Online takes Reformers deeper into their physical and spiritual healing. Through functional gut testing and other diagnostics, Reformers dig to the root causes of their symptoms and immerse themselves further into the Wellness Pillars. Students receive a personalized protocol and support to continue their whole-person healing.
Fully Alive Membership:
This year-long membership allows Reformers to fully immerse themselves in a Reform way of life through seasonal classes, community support, full access to all of Reform’s offerings, and options for private consulting and lab testing. The Fully Alive membership is available to graduates of both Reform Online and Dig to the Roots only.
We’re here to help you grow in wholeness and holiness, to receive the life of abundance for which you were made.
Jackie’s Fiat
Adoration was the turning point for everything in my life– and the birthplace of Reform!
After achieving several degrees, pursuing all avenues of health and fitness, and climbing corporate ladders, I felt restless, unfulfilled, and burned out. I craved connection, community, and a deeper sense of purpose.
Through God's grace, I shifted from striving in the world to fully focusing on building an authentic relationship with Jesus and caring for the health of my body and soul. My life was re-ordered and reformed: Christ became the center of everything. From there, I could nourish all aspects of my life with Him as the source and summit.
Inspired by Our Lady’s fiat when she said “yes” to her role as the mother of the Savior, Reform started with my wholehearted “yes” to God. I say “yes” to Christ daily and invite others to join me in that same intentionality. We need Jesus at the center of our lives to be wholly well.
Moving from a posture of self-reliance to one of receptivity and total reliance on Christ has given me the freedom, joy, and health in body and soul I always desired.

Dr. Bridget’s Fiat
I was drawn to naturopathic medicine through my own pursuit of physical health and the desire to understand how God created the human body to heal. I found myself unsatisfied with treating symptoms without considering the true root cause and the ways that each system of the body impacts each other.
Yet even in a holistic approach to health, there was still something– someone –missing. I started to see that if I truly wanted my patients to be well, ultimately, I needed to lead them to the Divine Physician.
In His mercy, the Lord has used my “yes” to the invitation of Reform to further my own healing and to be His instrument of healing for others.
